Keep an eye on your computer

If you have ever wanted to monitor some of the more intimate details of your Mac, now you can. You Control now includes four additional "monitoring" modules that allow you to view additional information on your Network activity, Disk activity, CPU performance and Memory availability.

CPU Monitor

The CPU Monitor module allows you to display the CPU usage in your menu bar. It will display the percent of the CPU being used by the User, the System and how much of the CPU is idle. The CPU module will also display the amount of processing power being used by each application and process that is running.

Disk Monitor

The Disk Monitor module allows you to display any hard disks that are currently mounted on your Mac. The monitor will display the amount of drive space available and the total drive space for each disk. If you configure You Control to place the Disk Monitor module in the menu bar directly, you can choose from several icons to monitor read & write activity to your disks.

Memory Monitor

The Memory Monitor module allows you to display the amount of RAM in use as well as the amount of RAM that is free or available. For "Power Users", you can even view additional information about Memory Pages (Wired, Active, Inactive & Free). You can also view Virtual Memory information.

Network Monitor

The Network Monitor module allows you to display and monitor your network activity in the menu bar. You can easily view incoming and outgoing traffic using any of the 20 included visual indicators. Additionally, you can view detailed information about your network connection including your Ethernet, Airport or Bluetooth network connections.
