You Software does not own You Perform. The product is owned by Attensa, Inc. You Software therefore cannot offer support for the product. Some additional information can be found here.

The following instructions for uninstalling You Perform were provided by Attensa support. They are provided here as a convenience to You Perform users.

1. Choose Uninstall from the You Perform menu on the Programs Menu.
2. After the uninstall, check Outlook. If the You Perform toolbar remains after uninstalling the software, download our Toolbar Removal Tool. The link is:

PLEASE NOTE: Making changes in your Registry can cause unintended results, and could lead to Windows becoming unstable or even inoperative. Please follow these instructions carefully, and do not make any changes not listed below.



3. Click Start
4. Click Run
5. Type "regedit" (without the quotes) and click OK.
6. Click the plus (+) next to HKEY_CURRENT_USER.
7. Click the plus (+) next to Software.
8. Click the plus (+) next to VB and VBA Program Settings.
9. Right-click the YouPerform folder and choose Rename.
10. Add "Old" to the end of the name (without the quotes).
11. Close the Registry Editor.
